Life inevitably brings challenges, and at times those challenges can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about how to move forward. As human beings, we all struggle, but we do not have to face those struggles alone. I am a dually licensed clinical psychologist in Florida and New York, bilingual in English and Spanish, and also hold a PSYPACT license, allowing me to provide telehealth services in 40 participating states.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe the relationship I build with my clients is the foundation for healing and meaningful change. One of the most powerful parts of therapy is helping people understand why they struggle. When we can make sense of our experiences with curiosity rather than self-judgment, we create space for self-compassion, growth, and lasting change. Together, we work to build on your strengths while developing practical strategies that support meaningful progress. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to reflect each client's unique experiences, goals, and values.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, chronic stress, and perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges.
One area of particular passion and expertise within my practice is Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I help adolescents and adults better understand how ADHD shapes their daily experiences. Whether someone has lived with ADHD for years or is receiving a diagnosis later in adulthood, I help clients make sense of lifelong patterns that may have previously felt confusing or discouraging. By better understanding how the ADHD brain works, clients are able to replace years of self-criticism with self-understanding while developing practical, individualized strategies that build on their strengths and promote meaningful, lasting change.
I am also passionate about supporting parents of children and adolescents with ADHD. Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging, and my goal is to help parents better understand their child's unique brain while providing education, practical tools, and ongoing support. By empowering parents with knowledge and confidence, we can strengthen the parent-child relationship, reduce family stress, and create an environment where children and families can thrive.
